I was the 2004 Kansas State Champion Auctioneer and the 1999 Reserve Kansas Champion Auctioneer. I have served on the Kansas Auctioneers Association Board of Directors, and have been elected to Vice-President, President-Elect, and was recently humbled to be installed as President. My wife, three children, and I are actively involved in 4-H, church, and our children’s Christian School. I am a Certified Respiratory Therapist of 18 yrs. Until 2 yrs. Ago I worked full time in Topeka, KS, now I only work PRN at a local hospital. 7 yrs. ago I decided that I wanted to try the Real Estate World. I am a mother of 3 and a grandmother of 6. I have a dog, Meg, she is my boss! Also several cats, 1 Quarter horse, & 2 Wild Mustangs that I adopted 6 years ago. I ride Morgan my Quarter Horse and Mac the mustang, I mostly trail ride. My hobbies are fishing; I have sold a 200 K. house while landing a 9 lb. bass, gardening & painting. I help a friend with a concession trailer we own for our Blooming Onions & Curly Fries business. I have lived in the great state of Kansas all my life. My experience this last year has been in foreclosure properties. I enjoy helping buyers find that home they are looking for, and sellers get their homes sold.

As an Economic Development Director for the past ten years, Christy has worked extensively to bring business and jobs to communities like Atchison. She holds a Undergrad degree in Business Management and a Masters of Business Administration. She appreciates that finding the right home or business location is both a financial and emotional decision, and works to make sure that all aspects of this large obligation are being fulfilled.

Janice was born and raised in Atchison County, Kansas. She married Donald Reiss from Weston, Missouri and they have four children. Jacob is attending Kansas State University and majoring in pre-vet program. Katrina and Samuel both attend ACCHS.
Janice has been involved in several aspects of real estate for over 10 years. She is also very involved in volunteering with 4-H, FFA, school activities and church.

Louise grew up on a farm just outside Atchison, Kansas. She went to college, graduated and moved to Kansas City. She has been a Vice President, Marketing Executive, Salesperson and a Teacher. To this day Louise remembers the wonderful moment in 1993 when she left Kansas City behind and headed home to Northeast Kansas. But a funny thing happened once Louise arrived, she became super involved in the community. Louise’s genuine passion for Northeast Kansas is just as strong today as when she first arrived. That’s because she learned very early on to appreciate what a truly special lifestyle this wonderful community has to offer.

I was born and raised in rural Atchison. I married my high school sweetheart in 1972. We have raised 5 children together and are now spend quality time with our 8 grandchildren. My husband Ron, our son Mike & I have spent many years farming together while also holding down jobs in town. Ron is an Engineering Manager and I was a Manager/Head Cook at our rural High School, bus driver, etc. My passions in life include spending time with my children, husband, grandkids, horses, & dogs. Especially breeding & raising Newfoundland’s, St. Bernard’s, & Great Pyrenees with my two youngest daughters. I joined my real estate family in 2007 as an Office Administrator and this past year have also obtained my real estate license.
